Guidelines for video submissions:

Video must be less than 15 MB file size. By submitting materials, you agree to the following rules.

1. Enter as much information about your video as possible, including a title, when it was shot, where it was shot, etc.

2. You must submit a valid email address with your video entry, as winning entries will be notified via email. Submitting an invalid email address may result in the forfeit of any contest winnings.

3. We value your privacy. We will never sell, share, or rent email information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting contest winners or sending you emails about upcoming Reno/Tahoe Visitor contests, events and news.

4. You have the rights to and do grant Reno/Tahoe Visitor the license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time and otherwise use the submitted materials on its website and in other advertising mediums.

5. Submitting material does not guarantee materials will be published.

6. By submitting materials, you agree that the materials are original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. All contest judging results are final and only video entries will be considered eligible for the contest prizes.

8. Winner of video contest prize must be 18 years of age or older.

9. Reno/Tahoe Visitor reserves all rights.

10. Do not upload any copyrighted material for which you don’t own the rights or have permission from the owner.

11. Do not upload music concerts without permission unless they consist entirely of content you created for yourself.
